At Nova Labs, all sales are considered final due to the sensitive nature of our products.


1. All Sales Final

Because we sell research-use-only chemicals, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novalabsbio.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.


4. Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute without contacting us first may result in being banned from future purchases.
